1）基地位于山东省博兴市，为了满足当地政府接待要求，项目定位比标准化的酒店定位稍高，设计上融入儒家文化、建筑风水学、新技术、新材料等设计要素，突出“新、 奇、特”的特点。

2）规划上，塑造“前朝后寝”传统布局方式，体现中国传统的建筑体制。彰显“园和院”的相融关系，营造9 个中式院落，寓意着 “仁、义、礼、 智、信、忠、孝、恕、 悌”的儒家思想。

3）汉唐式的中式建筑风格，彰显其磅礴气势, 端庄 稳重的体量契合了“政府”的正气形象。
